Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) is a plant of the Euphorbiaceae family endemic to the tropical mountain forests of the Peruvian Amazon.

Is Sacha Inchi allergenic?

Sacha Inchi seeds contains no allergens and is also very digestible.

Sacha Inchi Oil or Olive Oil?

The table below shows us that Sacha Inchi oil contains more unsaturated Omega 3 fatty acids (interesting for health) than other oils. In addition the distribution of Omega 3-6 and 9 is more interesting. Sacha Inchi Oil is the result of the cold pressing of shelled raw Sacha Inchi seeds.
